We purchase land that has planning permission granted to build houses, flats or bungalows from 5 units through to sites for up to 150 homes. We have funds available and can often complete these purchases very quickly.

We are also looking for sites without planning permission. We are specialists in obtaining planning permission on gardens, old industrial or existing residential property that needs to be redeveloped.

With a team of specialist planning consultants and architects, we are quite happy to enter into an agreement with the land owner at the earliest stage. We will then design a scheme maximising the sites potential. Working with the planning authorities we create schemes that compliment the surroundings, enhancing the local community whilst addressing the planning requirements.

This tends to reduce the time taken to achieve a satisfactory conclusion. In our
experience the chances of success are dramatically increased.

As we are prepared to fund the process, we effectively absorb the costs and stress. We have many satisfied land owners from whom we have bought sites and home owners now living in a Thakeham Homes property that would be able to provide references so that you can rest assured you are dealing with the professionals!
