Our Aim
To create a true Sussex village around this new heart for Pease Pottage.

The aim from the start of this project was to create a true traditional Sussex village incorporating all of the demands of modern living. The new village school, the shopping area, with village shop, pharmacy, deli, coffee shop. The village pub/ restaurant spilling on to the village green/ cricket pitch. The area of woodland/ parkland incorporating the wonderful selection of mature, established trees, offering paths to walk and ride. The play-grounds catering for the youngest through to the teens, incorporating skate parks, and play areas.
The allotment, the sports pitches, everything a village needs to be a proud and sustainable community!
