At Thakeham Homes we never forget all the great homes that we have built in the past, having been building since 2003 that is quite a lot!

  Parsonage Road

Situated in a well established road in the popular market town of Horsham these two classically styled semi-detached homes were sold before they were even finished!  Built to our typical high standards these homes had three generous bedrooms with an en-suite shower room and family bathroom finished with stone tiling and contemporary fittings.

These homes had designer kitchens with fully integrated appliances and granite work surfaces as well as fitted carpets adding to the feeling of luxury downstairs.  A downstairs cloaks/utility, integrated garage and double glazing meant that these homes were both functional and high specification. And all within walking distance of the mainline station.

 

Pine Cottage

Having been fully refurbished to a very high standard and situated on a mature plot on the edge of Storrington this was the best of both worlds!  With its large open plan kitchen/breakfast room with a classic shaker style kitchen with integrated appliances this was a great space for entertaining.

We also created a double aspect living room with a feature fireplace for those cold winter days, and a separate dining room for those more formal occasions.  With four bedrooms over two floors as well as two en-suites and a family bathroom this property would have suited a variety of different buyers needs

 


  Spring Cottage

It was no surprise that this stylish bungalow was sold before it was finished; occupying a mature plot on the edge of Storrington yet being brand new and with all the benefits that go with it!

This was built with luxury in mind with two generous bedrooms, an en-suite shower room, and a further family bathroom.  The living room had double doors to the rear garden and a working fireplace. The luxury kitchen/dining room complete with shaker style units, had fully integrated appliances and granite work surfaces and don't forget the separate utility room for those muddy boots!

One of our favourite schemes from the past! Situated in popular Aldwick to the east of Chichester and within walking distance of the beach!

A select collection of three detached bungalows, two new build flats and two refurbishment flats all finished off to our very high and exacting standards with generous levels of specification. Each home had a luxurious kitchen/dining room with granite work top surfaces and integrated appliances.  Contempary styled en-suite shower rooms and bathrooms with stone tiling to the walls. Double glazing and gas heating to radiators, allocated parking and landscaped communal gardens made this development very popular indeed.

  Goring Road

An exclusive selection of four new homes situated in Steyning’s most sought after road yet within walking distance of the town. Classic and traditional on the outside yet on the inside they have been equipped with the latest designer kitchens and contempary styled bathrooms by Vilroy and Boch.

All four homes have a unique look and feel with quality materials having been chosen to complement this exclusive location.  With mature trees surrounding all these homes you could be forgiven for thinking that they have been there for years!
